Lift Maintenance
Effective maintenance on any equipment depends on engineers having the time, ability and motivation to provide a high level of service. Our policy is to cap engineers routes at 80 units. This reduced workload ensures the engineer has time to carry out a full service and takes ownership and pride. You will benefit from a fully qualified and assessed engineer who is motivated to provide a first class service, full and accurate reporting, high levels of engagement and communication.

Our response times are well within industry standard, first time fixes achieved in the majority of cases. Where parts are required engineers carry consumable parts and direct access to rapid suppliers. For any chargeable repairs a full quotation is provided to allow transparency and accountability.
