Helicon was constructed in the mid-1990’s as a part of the regeneration of the Moorgate area. It is a Landmark building comprising nine floors above ground and two below. The equipment consists of original Schindler passenger, goods and vehicle lifts. MKM were awarded the tender for a full modernisation of the six-car group, scenic passenger lifts.
